The Saintes Cross Country Team has 26-State appearances, and won the State Team Championship in 2007.

The lone-individual State Champion was Kristina Quigley in 1997.

Lili Denton WON the 2024 Iowa Girls Cross Country Championship, and SHATTERED the Class 1A Girls State Meet Record, with a State Meet Record time of 17:59.3!!

The Falcons Cross Country Team won State Team Championships in 1992, 2011, and 2012.

The Falcons Cross Country Team has 32-State appearances, including: 1981, 1983, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023.  This is tied for 4th all-time in the State.

The lone-individual Falcon State Champion was Josh Sindelar in 2012.
